Annika Peißert
born in 1984, lives and works on the island of Corfu, Greece.
Her painting is intuitive, vibrant, and experimental – shaped by movement, emotion, and the dialogue between color and feeling.
Annika is a self-taught artist who has developed her own visual language, free from academic constraints and guided by deep trust in the intuitive power of creation.
Her work arises from an inner impulse – from the quiet conversation between emotion and expression.
Each painting evolves in a space between stillness and movement – alive, colorful, and full of energy.
She works mainly with acrylics, sometimes combined with mixed
media.
Her palette ranges from soft, translucent layers to bold, dynamic compositions.
Every work emerges in the present moment – spontaneous, guided by the rhythm of color and the flow of intuition.

Artistic Understanding
“For me, art is not a finished result but a living process –
a way of giving form to the inner world and bringing stillness, movement, and color into harmony.”
