Conditions for Painting Sessions, Workshops & Creative Retreats

(hereinafter referred to as ‘event’)


1. Registration & Payment

  • To register for a event with Annika Peißert, please send an email to 📧 info@annikapeissert.website with the completed registration form.
  • After registration, a deposit of 50 % of the total fee is due within two weeks by bank transfer.
  • The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer shortly before the event or in cash or by card at the start.
  • The fee includes all services listed in the event description.
  • Travel, transfers, accommodation and meals are not included in the price.
  • If the deposit is not received within two weeks, the place may be offered to someone on the waiting list.

 

 

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Up to 30 days before start: full refund of the deposit

  • Within 30 days: refund only if your place can be filled by another participant
    → In that case, a €50 administration fee will be deducted

If you are unable to attend due to illness or personal reasons, the same rules apply.

 

When a place becomes available, all people on the waiting list will be notified by email.
The place goes to the first person who books it.

3. Group Size & Language

 

  • Maximum of 6 participants (unless otherwise stated).
  • There is no guarantee that the event will be held as a group session.
  • If international participants attend, the workshop will be held in English.

 

4. Materials

 

All standard materials are provided, including:
Acrylic paints, various pens, pastels, oil pastels, brushes, sponges, stencils, palette knives, stamps, magazines, paperboard, painting boards (24 × 30 / 30 × 40 cm) and canvases (24 × 30 / 30 × 40 cm).
Larger formats and canvases can be purchased in the studio.

5. Responsibility & Liability

  • Participation is at your own responsibility and risk.
  • The event is not therapy and cannot replace one.
  • The artist is not liable for damage or stains on clothing or personal belongings.
  • Participants are covered only by their own insurance (e.g. accident or travel).
  • The artist is liable for damages (other than injury to life, body, or health) only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

 

6. Cancellation by the Artist

The artist reserves the right to cancel the event

  • if too few participants have registered, or

  • if she is unable to teach due to illness.

 

In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Further claims (e.g. for travel or accommodation costs) are excluded.

7. Locations & Accessibility

  • event venues may vary and are not always close to accommodation.
  • Participants are responsible for their own transportation.
  • Please note: the studio is not barrier-free.
    If you have physical limitations, please contact me before booking.

 

8. Use of Photos

 

Photos or short videos may be taken during the event to document the artistic process.
They will only be published with the participant’s explicit consent.

9. Data Protection

 

Your personal data will be used only for the organization and conduct of the event and will not be shared with third parties.
The privacy policy on my website applies.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).
Place of performance is the artist’s business location.

 

For participants from other EU countries, the consumer protection rights of their country of residence also apply.

11. Severability Clause

 

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
